Building is in the blood of the Sidi family. By the age of five, Charles was visiting building sites with his father, a UK developer and asking questions. When he was eighteen, he built his first residence, converting a 17th Century barn into a luxurious home. Along the way he learned the business from the ground up, lending his hand to many parts of the construction process and developing a keen understanding of the various stages of home building.
His hands-on approach to business has helped him to consistently achieve the highest accolades in the UK construction industry.
He has been recognized by the UK Government, the Royal Institute of British Architects and the National House Building Council. In May of 2007 one of his luxury homes was awarded Best Large House in the UK for a contemporary home, described by the prestigious panel of judges as a “wonderfully elegant solution”.
Now he has relocated from England to Scottsdale Arizona, bringing 20 years of experience in developing luxury homes worth over $60 million and a thorough understanding of the processes involved in high-end construction. His goal is to expand upon what he started in the UK in the beautiful surroundings of the Sonoran Desert.
